ALSO:

Members of Climate Justice Now!, representing constituencies across the globe, will speak to the media about the status of the failing climate negotiations on key issues including REDD, market-based mechanisms and climate financing.

Additionally spokespeople will address today's dramatic protest and the worsening trend in restrictions on participation facing not only NGOs and Indigenous peoples, but the press, delegates and heads of state. Earlier this week, at least fifteen participant badges were confiscated by UN authorities following a NGO/IPO, youth and social movement press conference bringing the total number of expelled civil society representatives to over 25.

Climate Justice Now! is a network that includes more than 700 organizations from around the world.
